I am a criminal defense lawyer with over twenty-eight years experience in criminal law litigation. The focus of my law practice is on defending individuals accused of trafficking illegal drugs in cases resulting from traffic stops on Interstate-40.
Law enforcement officers routinely patrol Interstate-40 in and around Amarillo to stop the flow of illegal drugs from the west coast to the east coast. A vast majority of these traffic stops occur in the following three counties:
• Oldham County – Vega, Texas
• Potter County – Amarillo, Texas
• Carson County – Panhandle, Texas
